Dear Teams:
You will need to check in at the Tournament Headquarters' Pavilion located at the site where you will be playing 30 minutes prior to each of your games and to check out at the same location within 15 minutes of the completion of your game. The procedures are as follows:
Check in at the pavilion (30 minutes prior to each game)
Present an "APPROVED" stamped roster to the check in site where it will be verified and retained, then proceed to your assigned field where the referee will check in your players. You do not need to show your passes or medical rosters at the check in site but you must have them in your possession at all games and show them if requested.
Check out at the pavilion (within 15 minutes of the conclusion of each game)
Clear the bench area, immediately after the conclusion of your game so the next team may occupy it. Please make sure that you have cleaned the area and disposed of all trash in the trash receptacles. If you want to talk with your team please meet with them away from the bench area. Present yourself at the main pavilion where you will initial the game report verifying the score and any red cards if given.
