Playing in the U-11 division, the Weston FC U-10 Boys started with a win against Soccer Paradise U-11. This was followed with a closely contested win over SAA Real Madrid Castilla U-11 and a victory against Ormond Beach Soccer Apollo U-11. In the semifinals the boys played against our own Weston FC Laser U-11 in a closely contested game. The match went to overtime tied 1-1 and at the end of the overtime with the score still tied the Weston FC Barcelona U-10’s prevailed in penalty kicks. The final was played against Renegades Soccer Club U-11. The Weston FC Barcelona boys immediately took control of the game leading 2-0 at halftime. A third goal late in the second half ensured victory for the Weston FC boys 3-0. Congratulations to the boys for a successful weekend and a fitting end to a very successful season.
