Weston FC U9 Boys PDP Teams Have A Successful Showing At The Wellington Shoot Out

The Weston FC U9 Boys PDP Swoosh team under the direction of Coach Paul Batista went into the Wellington Shootout with high expectations. The team continues to improve, playing hard and developing their skills, with the encouragement and motivation of Coach Batista.
The Weston FC U9 Boys PDP Nike team under the direction of Coach Erick Marquis, made it to the finals for the first time, finishing in second place in their division. The team stepped up to Coach Marquis’s expectations and displayed their skills in a high intensity final match.

The Weston FC U9 Boys PDP Premier White team under the direction of PDP Director Andres Luna won two games and lost one. The team utilizing their skills and a collaborative team effort finished in third place in Division 1 of the tournament.
 The Weston FC U9 Boys PDP Premier Black team led by Coach Gustavo Pro, playing in their second tournament, made it to the finals after being undefeated in group play. The finals was an exciting match, unlike anything the team had experienced previously.
 
PDP Director Andres Luna is very pleased with how much all of the players skills have improved. He and the PDP coaches continue to encourage the players and maintain the focus of the PDP philosophy being one of development. The players are utilizing dribbling skills and maintaining possession of the ball as they work as a team.
