Weston Fury Nike U13 Boys tied to two against the Miami Stars in their 1st regular season game.

 

Miami Stars opened the score board by scoring on the third minute into the game by a fast break through the middle; Weston Fury scored the equalizer by a free kick from forward Jon Ibanez, in the big area. Jon Ibanez scored the second goal on a header after receiving a perfect long cross from right wing Alvaro Diaz. Miami Star tied the game at scarcely 7 minutes from the final whistle by a header as well.

 

Weston Fury's goalies Derek Robbie and Jared Gutierrez made two miraculous stops at close range, one on the first half of the game and the other in the very last second of the game, respectively, to preserve the tie.
