Fury U10 White Learn How to Travel Against Central Florida's Best

The U10 Boys white team headed north over Easter weekend to play Central Florida's premier teams and a premier team from Charleston South Carolina. The team played 3 competitive games in the qualifing round and earned enough points to advance to the semi finals.  Once in the semifinals, they were paired with the home team, Clearwater Countryside.  They played like champs, but late in the 2nd half,  2 days of soccer games, numerous parking lot football games, and too many hours in the pool, finally caught up with them.   Overall the team proved that they are capable of playing competitively with any premier team in the State of Florida and they received numerous compliments from the opposing coaches and parents. "The boys were inseparable all weekend and had a blast, but after the last game I explained to the boys that as they move up to U11, U12's and U13's, they will need to 'pace' themselves for the entire weekend of events, so on the final day of the tournament, they can play as if it was the first day" Said Head Coach Stephen Enriquez.
