The Weston Fury U-11 Premier participated in the West Pines Kickoff Classic to prepare for the upcoming season, The Team had a great start playing with a sharp passing game and defeated the Lauderhill Lions in their first game. In the next game the faced a very competitive Coast to Coast Team that came out determind to make things go their way in the first half. The game was extremely close but in the second half Weston pulled out with a 4-1 win. The third game was against Pinecrest Premier, this game was the ticket to the Championship game as the winner will advance to the final. The game was extremely tight all the time and  could have gone either way, but after a long competitive match the Fury pulled one score with only a few minutes left and went onto win and earn a ticket to the Final.

 

The Final match was against the FC Tampa Wanderers an excellent team that is always on top of the age group. The Wanderers played against the Fury at The Atlanta Cup and came up short by the minimum goal difference, the game started with an early score from the Fury  but with just seconds to finish the first half Tampa pulled out a counter attack and score to tight the match, the second half was a nail bitter and is was only until the last five minutes that Weston was able to convert the winning goal to win the Tournament.

 

It was a great Tournament and the kids had a great experience.
