The Fury Camp was a huge success with kids coming from all over. Campers traveled from as far as Naples, Miami, Doral and Boca Raton in order to be a part of a Fury program. "Its amazing how far kids will come to be part of a program they know will be a quality experience" Said Gui Gui Ferreria Fury Staff Coach. The players recieved instruction from USSF National Staff Coach Dave Simeone, USSF "A" License Coach Sandy Davison and USSF "B" Licensed coaches Gui Gui Fereira and Alan Foy.
Foy who previously ran MLS Camps here in Florida said, "this was great experience for the kids, being exposed to coaches of this level is tremendous and from our perspective as a club we are very happy with our turn out especially as it is a first year program".
The Fury camp ran for the weeks of July 25th and August 1st and was attended by close to 150 children between the ages of 6 & 15. Campers could come for both weeks and receive a discount. All particpaints received a Nike Ball, a Fury Camp T Shirt and the first 100 registered campers recieved a "Speak Up Stand Up" Wrist Band courtesy of Nike.
