Mike joined the Weston Fury staff in April of 2007 and will be coaching our 97/98 girl’s team as well as assisting with our 94/95 girls.  Mike currently holds the USSF "C" and National Youth Licenses and is always seeking further education in the game.  In addition to being a part of the Weston staff, Sica is the assistant coach for the Archbishop McCarthy girl’s high school. Part of his role at the high school is to contact college coaches on behalf of the high school players. Mike has also worked at several college soccer camps during the past few years, which include the University of Miami and University of Florida.  When Mike is not busy on the field coaching he serves the community of Pembroke Pines as a firefighter/paramedic.
