Carlos joined the Fury as the Boys Director in November 2005. He holds both the USSF "A" License and National Youth License and has been involved in ODP. Parra has extensive playing experiences that will benefit our players. Carlos was the first Project 40 player to be signed by Major League Soccer where he played for the New York MetroStars, Miami Fusion and New England Revolution. He trained in Italy with AC Milan in Italy, in England with Sunderland F.C. and was a member of the US Youth National team that went to the World Championships held in Malasia, in 1997.
