Carlos Parra
Technical Director
Weston FC – Premier

Summary
Carlos joined Weston FC as the Boys Director in November 2005 and became the Technical Director in 2008. Parra has extensive playing experiences which will benefit our players. Carlos was the first Project 40 player to be signed by Major League Soccer where he played for the New York Metro Stars, Miami Fusion and New England Revolution. He also trained in Italy with AC Milan, in England with Sunderland F.C. and was a member of the US Youth National team that went to the World Championships held in Malaysia, in 1997.
Education and Licenses
Carlos holds both the USSF "A" License and National Youth License and the NSCAA Director of Coaching Diploma. Carlos is also an ID2 US Club Soccer Staff Coach and a Super Y ODP Coach.
Current Role
As the Technical Director for the Weston FC Premier Program, Carlos Parra is responsible for setting the technical direction for the Premier coaching staff across the Girls and Boys Programs. Carlos’ extensive playing experience, coupled with his coaching experience and certifications make Carlos a great asset to our club.

Marcelo Neveleff
Director of Coaching
Weston FC – Premier
US Soccer Development Academy

Summary
Marcelo returned to Weston FC in 2009 from Andromeda Soccer Club in Plano, Texas where he established and led their U.S. Soccer Development Academy program. Marcelo brings a wealth of experience to Weston FC. He has coached at the professional level with the A League, has instructed numerous State and National level licensing courses. He is part of the National Federation’s instructional staff for the National Coaching School’s program, a talent scout for the U14 National Programs in Region III and has been an integral part of ODP for more than 10 years at both the state and region level .

Marcelo holds the USSF National "A" and Youth Licenses and a degree in Physical Education
Current Role
As a Director of the U.S. Soccer Development Academy program at Weston FC, Marcelo oversees the development of our elite Academy Program for Boys.

Victor Pastora
Director of Boys Development
Weston FC – Premier

Summary
Victor joined Weston FC in 2010 from Miami FC, where he served as Head Coach. Victor brings a wealth of experience to Weston FC, having led many teams to State Cup and National Championships through his emphasis on player development. He was a USSF National Team Staff and Region II Staff Coach and was a Talent Scout for U.S., Central America and the Caribbean. Victor has also held the position of Director of Coaching and Head Men’s Coach in other clubs in South Florida.
Education and Licenses
Victor holds the USSF National "A" and a degree in First Aid for Soccer Player Certification.
Current Role
As a Director of Boys Development program at Weston FC, Victor oversees the development of our Premier program for Boys.

Chris Nolen
Girls Program Director
Weston FC – Premier

Summary
Chris is joining Weston FC from Atlanta, GA, where he most recently served as the Girls Director of Coaching at Atlanta Fire United Soccer Association, a Nike Premier and US Development Academy club. Chris has over 20 years of coaching experience in the youth, high school, collegiate, and professional ranks. In addition, he has served as a staff coach at ODP Region Camp, USL Super Y National Camp, and US Soccer Development Academy. Chris has helped over 100 players continue their playing careers on college, professional and National teams. As a player Chris competed in ODP and played collegiate soccer at Florida Southern College and University of South Florida. He also played for several professional teams in the USL including Atlanta, New Orleans, and Chattanooga.
Education and Licenses
Chris earned a USSF “A” Coaching License and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Anthropology from the University of South Florida.
Current Role
Chris will be involved in designing and directing a training curriculum for each age group at Weston FC. Chris will also serve as head coach for the U15 Weston/Sunrise R3PL Premier team. He will be assisting the Weston coaching staff in implementing age-appropriate training techniques and tactics to further develop the girls program. Chris will also provide instruction at training and games for teams in each age group as well as overseeing age and gender cross training sessions. In addition, he will conduct college soccer seminars to assist our U14-U18 players and parents in the college search process. Chris’ extensive college contacts will be an asset in furthering the careers of our club’s athletes.
